	Terms of Proposal : A Win-Win Solution * LED lighting tubes will be provided for usage without initial capital investment; * A Tailor-Made contract period with buffer stocks for immediate replacement; hassle free lighting solution; * You will share your electricity bill savings with us on a monthly basis within the contractual period; * Tube Replacement and Installation charges are waived; * By end of the contractual period, all LED lighting tubes installed on site will be given to you at NO extra cost, that is Free-Of-Charge to obtain ownership of the LED lighting tubes after completion of the contract; * You can choose to buy back the installed LED light tubes at a special discount before end of contractual period.
